Interviewing for DON position

I had my first interview for the DON position at the facility I already work for last Friday. They have narrowed it from 4 candidates to 2 now. I will be having my last interview Monday. I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for things I should be asking, that I may not have thought of yet. Any suggestions would be a great help.
