ANY ALF owners in here?

Hi. I was wondering if there are any ALF owners in here or do you know of another forum I can look into that has ALF owner info etc? I want to research the possibility of opening my own ALF, but don't really know where to start as most ALF in my area do not hire RN's and are actually owned by CNA's. Thanks.
