I am well aware no one is able to disclose case information due to confidentiality.
However...
Considering the variety of cases that you have reviewed, would some of you LNC's mind describing several case scenarios that you have worked?
What I'm wanting to know basically is what type of cases do attorneys/firms typically want LNCs to review? Only cases where a nurse is being accused of negligence/neglect? Or multiple cases where the client's case has a medical aspect that they need put in more simple terms? Have you reviewed cases where physicians are being sued? Hospitals? Employers? I'm curious as to how broad a medical-legal caseload LNCs review.
As always... thank you in advance to everyone who takes time to respond!!
