I just certified through Vicki Milazzo's 6 day seminar, as a CLNC. I feel it was pricey, and I feel nickled and dimed along the way. You can pay thousands more for all the extras.
I was told I should never consider working for less than $100-$150/hr. I joined AALNC to access their Salary Data, and found that in my western region, 26% of LNC's make more than 90K/annually. So, I guess, 74% make less than that ($43/hr, roughly.)
If anyone out there would care to share, I would love to hear what kind of fees people are actually pulling in. Please don't feel shy about letting me know if you're making less than that, I would really like to hear the truth. Thank you.

One thing we do not discuss are fees. We can offer ranges, but exact fees that reflect an area or state are not posted on the public boards. We do not engage in "price-fixing".

I'm sorry that you feel as if you've been misled. This career choice is not an easy one. There are no get rich quick schemes. It takes a lot of work in order to be successful. One may start out all "gung ho" and charge at the upper level of what you've been told only to reduce their fees in order to land clients.

Ranges of anywhere from $100 - $125/hour are the norm. I've never met an LNC who charges $150/hour although there must be a handful who do in order for the claims made to be true.
