nurse attorney

Is anyone familiar with the costs of retaining a nurse attorney? This involves a letter from the Board of Nursing regarding an allegation of an adverse incident. The letter states the nurse named is invited to submit a written response or schedule an interview within 20 days, then it may go to probable cause.

Re: nurse attorney

I'm sure the fee varies. However, what about the local bar association? They usually will provide a few names.

On average, anywhere from around $40 (very low end, depending on experience, present caseload, etc.) to over $150 / hr.
