Does anyone out there know what software is available to keep a databases for contacts and experts? I am looking at making on on MS Access, but certainly there must be something more useful than this.
Ideas?

I utilize Microsoft Office to keep up with contacts, experts, etc. I like this and have no problems.

I may be looking into a new program (can't remember the name right now)that will enable me to keep up with the above as well as filtering emails, notification when any marketing packet is sent out and the response, billing for the office, invoices, business bank account and a host of other features.
