Question Concerns - Any LNC's having trouble finding work?

I am new to allnurses.com. I was wondering if any other LNC's are having trouble getting attorneys to hire them. I took the VMI course 5 months ago. I have regularly mailed packets and made follow-up calls to attorneys as far away as Arizona (I'm in Indiana) without a single bite. I'll be exhibiting for the first time this week. Has anyone had luck getting cases from exhibiting?

Re: Any LNC's having trouble finding work?

and Welcome to allnurses.com

Good to have you with us, Rae78.

As you know, the marketing aspect of the job is the hardest part. Just off the top of my head, what are you sending as your marketing packet? Have you had an expert review the materials for content? When/how often, do you follow up after the initial contact? And, how many do you send out each week??

But, to answer your question, many strive for months w/o that first bite. You may have to try some cold-calling, too.

Yes, exhibiting should offer you some good exposure. I received many clients that way.

Good luck and if you have other questions/concerns, please post here. And, we hope you enjoy allnurses.com!!
