Question? - what are the main differences with a BSN vs ASN(2yr)

I am appling for a nursing program, and one of the requirments is to write a personal goal statment. One of the questions I have to answer is what is the difference between the 2yr and 4yr degree. So far I have done lots of reasch and found that the BSN can- do management, looked at as leaders, greater job opportunities and with some nursing jobs a bsn is required. Other than that I can't find any other differences. Can some one please clarify any and all the differences for me. It would be helpful to be specific. Thank you so much
