Hi everyone!!I'm fairly new to the USA. I finally got my work permit on Friday and started looking for an RN position in my area. Can you please tell me what a casual RN is. Thanks for the help!!!

"Casual" is a term some hospital/facilities use that generally means the same as "per diem" or "PRN" -- that is, someone who is used to "fill in" when the hospital needs them, but doesn't have a steady, regular schedule or number of hours per pay period.
