any boston hospitals with a good RN orientation program

I received my MA. RN license last April and am looking to move from the rehab/nursing environment into a hospital that has a good orientation/training program. Whenever i call a hospitlal member to inquire, they just tell me to look at their website and send a resume which I do, but nothing comes of it. Anyone know of or have been through a good hospital traingng program and is possible hiring?

Re: any boston hospitals with a good RN orientation program

you will probably receive a better response in the Massachusetts Nsg Forum.

i don't work in any of the boston hospitals.

but i know the brigham's is committed to nsg education/advancement, and has excellent orientation programs.
likely, the same with mgh, bi...

that said, boston hospitals are tough to get into.
if anything, there are a surplus of nurses in this area, esp new grads.
depending on what part of mass you live in, you may fare better in one of the community hospitals.

best of everything.
