I'm working on my MPH & TM (tropical medicine) right now. The only reason I completed my BSN was to get into the public health program, and it was much easier for me to get a bachelors in nursing than anything else.
That being said, I'm glad I have a BSN now, and the coursework for the BSN has helped with the public health material.
