Great timing. I just had a discussion about this with the regional clinical coordinator. She said that all incontinent residents had a scheduled toileting plan. I said that taking someone to the toilet 'frequently' did not constitute a toileting plan. I'll be forwarding her a copy of this fact sheet. Thanks.
