I just applied for a job and wondered how it was working for the company.

I was an MDS coordinator at a Kindred facility. I worked there for a total of 6 years doing various jobs. I did not find it a good company to work for....high turn over of EDs; DNSs in constant fear of their jobs; people in upper management rude,demeaning, and condescending. But, I do have to say that the woman who was the regional Medicare 'guru' was wonderful....extremely knowledgeable and kind. I think she's retired.

I worked for Kindred for about 4 years, and my experience was pretty much the same as Capecodmermaid's.
