Informatics Issues Needed for Project

Hi, I am currently taking an informatics course for my BSN, and need an idea for my project. I was wondering if anyone could give me some current informatics issues related to routine healthcare/health system procedures. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
