the order specifically says "ac", which means before meals.
so that's the way you would have to give it.

you may not get many responses, since most of us do not know that tds means 3x/daily.

I am licensed in AZ, TX and IA and have always seen three times a day as TID. No wonder accredidation entities want the words spelled out!
