Need Help With Tx For Bells Palsy!!!!

Hello fellow nurses.....my boyfriend has bell's palsy...according to a quick assessment by an on call nurse..he will f/u though with a neuro doc of course..but have any of you know someone that has recovered more quickly by using vit.B12 shots?......please give me some info....I am more stressed about this than he is...it is remarkable the difference in his facial movements....
