Foradil: to refrigerate or not?

At my hospital we currently have Foradil Capsules in the fridge. However I have had one pharmacist here say that it does not need to be in the fridge and another told me it must be in the fridge. Therefore I'm kind of confused on this med so I was hoping one of you might be able to enlighten me. I went to the drug manufacturer's website and I see nothing about refrigeration, drugs.com says it is to be stored at room temperature. Another site I looked at said it must be refrigerated. Yet another said that this med should NOT be refrigerated..

Re: Foradil: to refrigerate or not?

Prior to dispensing: Store in a refrigerator, 2°C-8°C (36°F-46°F)

After dispensing to patient: Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from heat and moisture. CAPSULES SHOULD ALWAYS BE STORED IN THE BLISTER AND ONLY REMOVED FROM THE BLISTER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE USE.

Re: Foradil: to refrigerate or not?

I spoke to the pharmacy again and the pharmacist stated that the med has to be refrigerated in the pharmacy but once it is dispensed to the floor or to the patient it is stable at room temp for 30 days. They still stick it in the fridge as a force of habit, though he said it doesn't have to be put in there.
Thanks
