I am notorious for my HA and I swear by it even for my migraines. I hate taking pills and it seems that everything makes me nauseous but these are great for me.

Like said before, works for some, not for others.

Good luck.

Re: Fioricet

My pcp prescribed it for migraines. Insurance wont give me more than 9 tablets of imitrex per month. I have more migraines than 9 and sometimes I need to take 2 tabs. It helps 90% of the pain but doesnt take it away. It does show up on drug test so you have to tell them you have a prescription.

Re: Fioricet

Try Midrin (APAP, isometheptene and dichloralphenazone). Also called Duradrin. Even works on my migraines if I catch them fast enough, without that nasty chest & neck pressure I get from triptans. Also low dose Inderal and Mag-Ox prophylactically seems to keep the frequency down.
