Spotting methamphetamine use post-op

Hi,
Can you guys help me here. I am not very saavy when it comes to "street" drugs.
We had a patient, female who came out post-op to the pacu who had altered vitals, high BP and bradycardia(the 40's). She seemed in much more pain than we would have thought given her type of procedure. No real obvious clues until we really questioned her afterwards (the anesthesiologist finally figured it out).
Are these normal signs. Are there certain pysiological and other signs/sx to look for? IT mad sense once we knew but it was really weird. Young woman, 25-39 age range.
Thanks
Also, how do we treat them, anything special medication wise?
Thanks
