Plan to place here any states that have specific regs re IV Therapy as I come across them in my internet wanderings. Karen

Maine: Administration of Intravenous Therapy by Licensed Nurses


PA:
RN:
Interpretations regarding venipuncture, intravenous fluids, resuscitation and respiration—statement of policy.
Interpretations regarding the administration of drugs—statement of policy.

LPN: Functions of the LPN.
