PICC nurses

Have any PICC/IV nurses used a device called the SiteRite II? I'm interested in any competencies/education you may have received or developed to use it.

I don't know if this will help since you wrote your request in March. But I teach the use of all of the site rite us machines. The site rite 2 is kindof outdated but if you have questions I would be willing to help you. Just email me and ask away.

I need to know ASAP if LPN's are sllowed to give abtibiotics via PICC line in Home Health in the state of Oklahoma. Thank you.

First, look at your Nurse Practice Act. It is online at the Oklahoma BON website...then, if there is no mention, you need to look at your companies policies.
