Nurses who place PICC lines in homes or extended care facilities

I am a PICC certified and experienced nurse. By that I mean that I have taken Bard's course and have been signed off by Bard instructors and our own radiologists in the hospital for both Ultrasound technique, and PICC placement. I place them at the bedside with Ultrasound guidance. I am waiting for AVA to come out with it's PICC certification, which should be 3-6 months. I am wondering if there are any companies in Rhode Island or Connecticut who have RN's like me place PICCs in the home or in the ECF, Assisted Living areas? Or, are there hospitals who employ per diem PICC nurses in these two states that anyone might know of? I am licensed in both states.
Thanks
Diane
