New IV/PICC Team

I am in the process of starting a new IV/PICC team in our hospital.
So far, it is going well. I would love to hear any advice anyone can
offer!!

It's hard to know what advice to give when everything is going great! LOL Anyway, helping PICC teams evolve is what I do for a living. Training, in-house precepting, etc. I'm also in Indiana! If you have any specific questions, let me know -- I'd love to help.
