hi everyone

i had a patient on iv zantac 8 hrly strictly. Everybody was giving it with a dilution of 20 mls water for injection. At one time she developed some redness ..more like rashes around the iv site and upper forearm after a few minutes of iv bolus dose. any one had same experience and what did u do?? so next dose i just used a 100mls n/s and run half n hour and that worked well

any idea how i could find out about which drugs would do better with a vehicle fluid??
thanks
