Don't IV nurses have a professional journal and/or an organization or society that addresses their practice issues? If anyone could share this with me I'd be very appreciative.

Yes IV nurses have professional journals associated with organizations. Here is the web site:
INS:http://www.ins1.org
The other organization in NAVAN/AVA and they currently do not have a working web site.
Hope this helps
