horrible night at work

ok so last night i was transferring one of my patients from the wheel chair to the commode now i guess i should mention this lady is pretty big well over 200 pounds and can only stand up when holding on to the bars. well i pushed her wheelchair up to the bars and she stood up and as i was helping her to the commode she flopped halfway on it causing it to tip over. i didnt know what to do so i tried to lift her legs but i coulodnt budge this lady she was solid weight and almost falling. so i pull the call bell hoping someone would come to help but after nooone came i ran out to find the nearest cna to help me but we together still couldnt get this woman back on the commode so we decided to ease her down to the floor because neither one of us could hold her up any longer. so i ran out got a lpn who didnt do anything except tell us we needed to write a statement and then left the room. pretty much noone helped us get this lady off the floor except for another LITTLE cna we finally got her up and used the sit to stand lift on her. Anyways on to my question i get in trouble for this incident?

Depends on her care plan. If she's down as a one assist, I doubt you can get into trouble. But I don't get how it was a fall. How did you run to get another aide and then ease her to the floor? Was she standing?

I'm a little confused.

You should be fine, honey. Try to get someone to assist you with her, though. She's too much for one to handle.
