Does anyone out there know of the relationship of testing positive for meth when one has undiagnoised diabetis?

I am seeing people that are diabetic but do not know it at the time of the drug test and turning up positive.

Huh? ARe you a nurse? Why are you asking-that is a weird question.

ARe you suggesting that being an undiagnosed diabetic will make you show up as having taken meth?

I this the relationship that she is trying to get to is the correlation that taking methadone somehow leads to becoming diabetic.

I have heard this before but it was stated there there does seem to be somesort of conection but no prof can be made yet. studies are being done to find out if there is a correlation.

When I hear "meth" I never think of methadone, but rather methampthetamines that can show up on tox screens.
