Diabetes Nurse specialist information

Hi, I am not sure where to find information on this, but I've heard that there is now a diabetes nurse specialist program. I am very interested in working with those with diabetes and would love any information that I could get. Please let me know.

If you find out any information, could you please let me know? I live in an area where diabetes is prevalent. Thank you.
