Does anyone have the formula for converting mg/dl to mmol/l ?

It depends on what the substance is. Is this for glucose?

Hello, nightmare

To convert mmol/l of glucose to mg/dl, multiply by 18.

Example: 4 mmol/l x 18 = 72 mg/dl


To convert mg/dl of glucose to mmol/l, divide by 18.

Example: 125 mg/dl / 18 = 6.94 mmol/l
