Anyone work in Anti-Aging medicine?

Hello everyone. I was just curious if anyone works in a setting that deals with hormone replacement therapy or testosterone replacement therapy in the realm of anti-aging medicine. It seems like everyone I know associates endocrinology with diabetus or thyroid disorders. Does anyone work in a setting where hypogonadism or metabolic syndrome is treated? I am curious to know if anyone that works in endocrinology has experience working with these disorders? Would it be easy for a nurse to specialize in this type of setting? Are there jobs for nurses who have an interest in this type of work? Any comments would greatly be appreciated.
