I just relocated to Virginia from the west coast and am planning to continue hospice work here. Can anyone give me feedback on what I can expect the hourly salary range to be here? I've been a nurse since '96 and have 2 years of hospice experience. Also, I'm specifically looking at the Hampton Roads or Richmond areas. Thanks in advance for your help.

i work home health in the hampton roads area. average starting pay for someone with your experience would be ~$22-$23/hr. from what i hear slightly higher in the richmond area
