Question New York City Hospice Residence

Hi, All.
I'm relocating to the New York City area and am interested in continuing my work as a hospice residence nurse there. Anyone know anything about the hospice residence situation in NYC?

I've met someone that works with Continuum Hospice. They have inpt and residential facilities. It sounds like a pretty innovative place and they are non-profit.
