Need info on ABHR supps

I am curious to know more about the ativan-benadryl-haldol-reglan suppositories. Do you have certain pharmacists who will compound? How would we get someone in your area to do this if they are unfamiliar? How much of each med is actually in this suppository? What symptoms need to occur for use of this supp to be appropriate? How effective have you found it to be? Is it more effective with certain ages/diagnoses? Our hospice does not use these, but I have been hearing more and more about their use and would like to find out more.
Thanks,
Angie

The hospice that I used to work for used 1 mg ativan, 25 mg benadryl, 1 mg haldol, and 10 mg reglan. It worked great. Unfortunately the hospice that I currently work for is very cheap and not very innovative. The only compounded medication that we generally use is ABH gel and it is used mainly for agitation. I don't like it very much. We have our own pharmacy and it is hard to believe that it is not a compounding pharmacy.
