Here in Indiana we are being preped for the Medicare changes coming up for Hospices.
Have any of you been through the Nuts and Bolts? One of the things it talks about is going back to the SOAP charting. The Government is wanting clear charting as to what they are spending our money on. It is a good thing but is going to change the way we all do things. I am interested in knowing others thoughts on these changes.

I have heard there are going to be changes and did hear SOAP charting was one of them. To make an informed judgement on this, I need to investigate further. Do you have a link to this information?

Why am I not surprised? No sooner than we learn one way of doing things, it is changed.
