Marinol use?

Has anybody had any patients on Marinol before? I encountered it for the first time last week. Just went looking for some info about it and the first website I find is this one:

http://www.pdxnorml.org/HT_Marinol_0794.html

Not an unbiased report, but it certainly raises a lot of questions and concerns. Anyway, I thought it was interesting in light of the recent poll about medical Marijuana use here.

Aimee:

When I was an Oncology Nurse, I used it for an appetitie stimulant (for my patients.. lol). It was very affective.
