Can't say I underwstand why docs would object or not like patients
dying at home? Isn't focus on care at this terminal point?
Whom would one call if a patient dies at home? Who all can pronounce death?

While this issue remains very relevant to this day, please be cognizant that this discussion is 2 years old. Therefore, any advice bestowed upon the original poster might be arriving entirely too late.
