Looking for good Care Plans

I am looking for some good Care Plans that are user friendly. Does anyone have any they would be willing to share or any references I can go to?

Your best bet would be going to the General Nursing Student Forum at: http://allnurses.com/forums/f50/ . There is a "sticky" that has information on care Plans. It should help.
