I need to present an inservice to our nurses and aides about death & dying. Can any one tell me of a good web site for info? Thanks

hospicefoundation.org/endOfLifeInfo/signs.asp is one.nhpco.org web site is a good resource too.I have several end of life care websites I could fax to you if you would like.Good luck!

The content sounds pretty generic. Is this for staff that are new to your hospice? Are you just covering general signs and symptoms of the dying process? We do an inservice out in the community that is pretty much right out of "Gone From My Sight." For new staff, yu could do something like that. Or do you want this to be something more complex?
