Hospice Wound care

I'd like to get your feedback.......

This is related to your hospice patients......

What percentage of your patients have or develop wounds?

Do you have wound care protocols that you follow?

Are they through a particular wound company or has your hospice developed their own?

Do you have one nurse (as in home health) who is the "wound care nurse"?
