hospice open house

Tomorrow I am going to a hospice open house. I worked hospice for 4 years in NJ and now live in FL. I currently work Baylor in a SNF. Its been 6 years since I worked in hospice. Anyone have any suggestions regarding questions to ask potential employer? I loved hospice but was overwhelmed with my caseload and on-call while I was a new nurse.

Re: hospice open house

If you worked Hospice for four years I'm sure you must know most of the questions to ask. Based on your previous experience, my first two questions
would be: What is the caseload? What would be my on-call responsibility?
If these two questions are not acceptable, end of open house.
Good Luck!
