Question hospice employment

Does anyone know if there are any NYS home hospice employment programs. I am so interested in taking one hospice patient at a time into my home, and that would be my job, if that is at all possible.
Would appreciate any responses.
Thank-you so very much

I've never heard of anything like that. I guess you could open a personal care home and only have one resident - but it would not necessarily be a hospice pt.
