Hospice Case Mgr RN

I am entering into this job cold. Would RN Case MGR's in Hospice please share their experiences with me? For example: What is a typical day like for you? What criteria is in your job description? Any anecdotes you can recall that you would share please? Thanks so much, NP Angel
