i'M JUST CURIOUS HOW YOUR ON CALL WORKS. ARE REGULAR STAFF NURSES USED AS BACK UPS. WE ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING WITH OUTSIDE NURSES TO DO OUR ON-CALL AND JUST NEED SOME IDEAS. OR IDEAS FROM NURSES WHO DO THERE THEIR OWN ONCALL AND HOW IT WORKS FOR THEM.

we have 2 fulltime oncall nurses and our reg staff does back up
