Have interview with hospice monday. Help!!!!

I just got a call to have a interview on monday with hospice. The place said that I will doing some home visits and some LTC visits. I don't know what to expect. I'm a LPN, so I wonder what will I be doing? Any information as to what the job may entail would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!
