Changing from small company to large

I am the Patient Care Manager for a very small hospital-based hospice in our small community. Our average census is 17 patients. We have 2 full time RN's and take all the call, admissions, etc.
I just accepted a position for a nationwide hospice as Case Manager. What should I expect?
