Aspiring to work as a geriatric nurse

Hello! I am interested to work as a geriatric nurse...but i don't have any idea what will be my work since i am newly graduate...I want to be atleast expose with the basic things...I read some article about geriatrics, but it will satisfy me more if i will know where can I get a cd or dvd that will give me a live show about the procedures relating my future work cause I want to be prepared and be a good geriatric nurse.
