Like so many others.....It took me a long time to FIND the place to play the video tutorial.....and when I finally found it.....there was no "arrow" to click on. Can you please clarify how to get the arrow to play the video.

ummm...I am not blind, but I do not see an arrow to get the introductory video to play

We have noticed a few posting thy are having problems watching the video, couple things which may help

Does your cashe need emptying?
Are you set up to watch on your web browser?

Maybe checking and if still having problems to let us know
