Very informative, thank you. I am a LVN transitioning to RN. I will graduate May 16, 2008 (can't wait)!! I already work on the medical/surgical unit at my local hospital and with it being a rural hospital the LVN's do everything due to the RN/LVN ratio. I always call my fellow nursing friends and discuss our day (vent) about things that happened and things that we shouldn't be expected to do. It will be nice to post a commit and get alot of feedback. I'm glad I found your site.
