I'm not necessarily sure if this is in the right forum or not, so do feel free to move it! (although you don't need my permission! )

I've been asked countless times to give a "back massage" for stressed out and burnt our family members and friends. But honestly (even though I do know my human anatomy) I'm pretty much clueless as to techniques! Then of course, I get the reply "But but... you're an RN!!! You know it all!!!".

Does anyone here have any additional knowledge in the Massage Therapy area or just any general tips? If you have some additional knowledge, let me know so I can PM you some of my specific questions.

Thanks!
