It doesn't really bother me as far as it looks (since you really can't see it at all unless you're right up on me) but I just hate the way it feels when you touch it!

Yeah the feeling, yech. Feels like a bunch of zits that need popped.

About 3 weeks was when i noticed it, but it could have been sooner than that. I'd been working a ton of hours, so i was too busy to pay attention and seen just when there was a difference lol.

UPDATE: I've been using this since the day I posted (last Sunday I believe) and I'm starting to notice a slight difference in my skin - I'm definetly going to give it a while though.
